To whom It may concern, Tracy Mulligan did an excellent job of following up with a request I had that was going to take diplomacy and confidentiality to maneuver through the circumstances. She did that very well. She also got back to me in a time frame that was very much appreciated. I felt safe in discussing my circumstances with her and sincerely trusted the confidentiality would be honored. If there are further comments will be helpful, please contact me. Tracy has my contact information. Wanda Northway
