More Information About Who Diversified Property Management Serves

Our company has provided community management since 1995. We got into business to make the management of condos and HOAs more accessible, proactive, transparent, and reliable. We serve a number of communities, including condominiums, townhomes, HOAs, and all manner of multifamily buildings and communities. We work in Columbia, Missouri, and throughout additional nearby regions.

 

Columbia, Missouri Information

Columbia is a city in central Missouri. Part of the University of Missouri, the Museum of Art and Archaeology exhibits European paintings and ancient Greek and Roman art. At the center of the university’s main campus, Francis Quadrangle comprises lawns, 6 stone columns, many landmark buildings and Mizzou Botanic Garden flowerbeds. To the east, Stephens Lake Park has trails, picnic shelters, a beach and a boardwalk.

We thank Community Property Management for reviewing our request to have installed by Missouri Ornamental Iron Company. LLC located at 6733 Olive Boulevard St. Louis, Missouri 63130 314-725-4870 a Custom Iron Rail. The proposed Iron Rail is to be fabricated, dip paint black and install (one) continuous 34"tall wrought iron rail going down the right side of the front sidewalk steps for the porch to the street. Please see the attached information and diagram.

Community Property has been responsible for the care of the outside of our Condo for the last 19 years. They have done a great job taking care of the outside of our property, and all of the other Condos in our subdivision.
