Fences, sheds, additions, expansions/improvements of decks/patios, playground structures, gazebos, pergolas, gardens, landscaping, paved walkways, etc. are possible examples of projects that may require approval.     Please provide all the following items with this completed application. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed and will delay the approval of your application.
  • The house and project must be drawn to scale on a building plot plan (the plot plan with the house already drawn can usually be obtained from the builder, engineer or the city). Please submit.

  • Provide the height of the project, for example the pitch of the roof or the height of the fencing.
  • Include description of types and styles of materials for the project, colors, dimensions or other information that will be helpful to understand your request.
  • Include diagram, pictures, or map to indicate the location of your request in relation to your home.

  • Improvement Guidelines

    • The project must not encroach on or obstruct any lot "easement" or "setback".
    • Fencing may not start at the front corners of the home and must be in accordance with the Covenants & Restrictions of the association.
    • With the approval of any fence the homeowner must agree to maintain the yard on both sides of the fence.
    • Approval on one lot does not mean the project will be approved on all lots. (Example: Corner lots may have additional considerations.)
  • I understand that I must receive approval in order to proceed. I understand that approval does not constitute approval of the local building department and that I may be required to obtain a building permit. I agree to get any permits that may be required for this improvement from the City, County, and/or State before construction begins. I agree to complete improvements promptly after receiving approval. I understand that I shall maintain proper drainage away from my foundation and not impede proper drainage swales on my lot when installing landscape or building improvements.
