They can change their contact information, send a message, check meeting minutes, and review financial reports. Online, they’ll also find a community calendar, a comprehensive directory, and any of the governing documents they may need to review or reference.
Our portal makes it easy for board members to really dive into the financials and action items. Their platform includes detailed and accurate monthly financial statements, executed contracts, invoices, bank records, and delinquency balances. Everything is transparent, detailed, and documented. It’s why we have a 98% client retention rate.

Financial Reporting and Accounting
Timely financial reporting is critical to the success of any community, and we take it seriously. One of our largest responsibilities is helping you stay organized and compliant when it comes to bookkeeping and bill paying.
With our accounting system, your board will receive reports on daily income. The communities we work with have a historically low delinquency rate, and that’s due to our 5 Step Collection System, which includes credit reporting.
In addition to timely accounting and reporting, we pay all bills pertaining to the association and we help you keep clean, transparent books.
You can expect balance sheets, income and expense reports, delinquency reports, check registries, and bank statements that verify we don’t commingle funds.
